You can Manage/View all of your EPOS generated Credit Notes (if enabled) by logging into the SalesStream Cloud Online Management Pages, as follows :
1) Login to SalesStream™ Cloud Online Management and click the 'Reports + Credit Notes' button 2) Next click 'Credit Notes' from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen, as shown below :

You will now see the screen below :

3) You can Search by Credit Note Number by entering it in the search box and clicking 'Search'; or 4) Scroll down to find the relevant Credit Note and then click 'Select' to view the details. You can click on any other the underlined column headers i.e. 'Operator' or 'Reason' and the data will be sorted by that column - in Ascending or Descending Order. 5) You will then see the screen below :

6) This will display the full Credit Note Details, plus a number of options - including 'Cancel', 'Delete' and 'Re-activate' :
'Cancel' - this will cancel any changes 'Delete' - this will delete any 'Expired' Credit Notes 'Re-activate' - choose an extension period, i.e. 10 days. 30 days, 60 days, 90 days using the Drop-Down Box and then click 'Re-activate' to extend the Validity of the Credit Note
