Once off support requests...

From time to time you may encounter issues that may require our assistance. 

Most of our customers have a paid monthly support contract and receive a priority service level. Monthly contracts cost £30 + VAT per month by Direct Debit.

If you do not have a contract and require assistance please follow the instructions below. We reserve the right to decline support requests.

You need at hand:

1. A valid credit / debit card which will be charged only if we accept your support request.

2. A land line telephone number that is standard rate where we can call into - it must be by your computer.

3. Your PC must having full working access to the Internet so if neccessary we can 'dial' into it remotely.

4. A valid email address - this is how we will arrange contact initially.

The rate accepted support request is £65.00 + 15% VAT.

 

Terms and conditions of service:

Phone support is available for issues arising from the use of SalesStream EPOS software only.

We cannot answer questions about hardware issues, Operating systems or networking problems.

Your representative must have the skills to follow advice given by our staff and must be an accomplished Windows User.

We cannot guarantee to solve every problem as occasionally local difficulties prevent this.

Your charge is for the time we spend with you and we will not offer a refund if your issue cannot be solved over the phone, engineer time is limited to 20 minutes for each one off assistance request.

We cannot accept any responsibility for loss of data or disruption to trading. Ensure you have a recent backup and your SalesStream CD ROM to hand.

We can only offer hardware support for hardware items purchased from us.

The operator will have access to your purchase history. Support can be called between 1000 and 1600 HRS Monday to Friday.

We have a limited number of assistants to answer calls so calls may be queued or you may need to call again.

Our assistants will endeavour to answer all queries however sometimes they may need refer to a colleage in which case we will call you back to a UK landline only (No mobiles).
